Facility
In order to meet with requirement of modernization,
mass production, high efficiency, good quality, LangFang Kokusan
purchased modern equipments since company established. The main
equipments for manufacture and inspection include: OKUMA high
precision N.C. Lathe made in Japan, BAE YON multi-poles winding
machine made in Taiwan, multi-position drilling tapping machine
made in Germany .The important tests, inspection instruments include:
special testing table for FWM system made in Japan、balancing machine
made in Germany, vibration shock testing machine etc.
Production management mode
With regard to production management,
LangFang Kokusan refers to "lean model of production and
management", rearranges the production line with JIT (just
in time) idea, and intensifies ST management. As a result, we
have made "only one flow". The production procedure
is adapted to the requirement of wide variety sorts, small batch,
high efficiency and good quality. All mentioned enable LangFang
Kokusan's annual production capability to reach 2.0 million sets
and achieve the goal---the rate of fulfilling the formal contract
is 100%.
For setting up modern production line and putting into use of
high precision facilities, our products' quality assurance and
production capacity made progress quickly. On the other hand the
product cost becomes lower and lower steadily. That is the strong
support when our high-tech products are launched.
